炉衬寿命的判断方法如下:
The methods for judging lining life are as follows:
(1)根据以往经验推算炉衬寿命,在炉衬寿命快到时注意观察电炉频率表、电压表、电流表等,如果这些表的表针在正常工作情况下不断摆动,本次工作结束后炉衬寿命将尽不要再继续使用。
(1) Calculate the lining life based on past experience, pay attention to
observe the frequency meter, voltmeter, ammeter and so on when the
lining life is fast. If the needles of these meters oscillate
continuously under normal working conditions, the lining life will not
continue to use after the end of this work.
(2)操作工用铁棍正常扒渣接触铁液有触电感时,注意观察电炉工作声音,如果声音 “发闷”甚至出铁液时声音变化明显,说明白钢雕塑 小型滚揉机 防火电缆 托辊设备 水刀切割机 铜钟 石雕狮子 校园不锈钢雕塑 扭王块模具铁液已侵入炉衬甚至击穿炉衬,应根据情况处理炉内铁液并不再继续使用。
(2) When the operator normally picks up slag and contacts with molten
iron with a contact inductance, pay attention to observe the working
sound of the electric furnace. If the sound is "stuffy" or even changes
obviously when the molten iron is discharged, it indicates that the
molten iron has intruded into the lining or even broken through the
lining. The molten iron in the furnace should be treated according to
the situation and no longer be used.
(3)电路工作声音明显变“闷”,电路外壳与其他接地体接触电源便停止工作时,说明铁液已击穿炉衬,应马上切断电源倒出炉内铁液,停止继续使用。
(3) The working sound of the circuit obviously becomes "stuffy". When
the enclosure of the circuit contacts with other grounding bodies and
the power supply stops working, it indicates that the molten iron has
broken through the lining of the furnace. The power supply should be cut
off immediately and the molten iron in the furnace should be poured out
to stop using.
